55 Chevy 210

This is our 55 Chevy. It was an old race car, built in the early 70's, that we bought on Ebay. Over the past few years, we have rebuilt most of the car, from bumper to bumper. More pictures will be posted as progress is made. Right now, it has:

* 12 point chromoly roll cage
* Narrowed Ford 9 inch with 5.13 gears
* Custom smooth firewall for setback drivetrain - moved back about 5 inches
* 31 x 16.5 x 15 rear tires
* Ladder bars with QA1 coil-overs in the back
* 15 x 3 front tires
* Heidt drop spindles, disk brakes, and Moroso drag springs in front
* Fiberglass bumpers and trunk
* Tilting one piece fiberglass front clip
* Flaming River tilt steering column with Cavalier Z24 steering wheel
* Ford Pinto rack and pinion steering with custom 2 piece steering shaft
* 15 Gallon Aluminum fuel cell

January 2004, the rear quarter in primer. (thanks, Shawn)
